Obituary of Henry Robert Fulton

Henry Robert Fulton passed away on February 15 2016. He was born in the South Bronx in 1936 and was a long time resident of Douglas Manor, NY. Henry served as deputy commissioner of the NYC Department of Transportation during the Koch Administration -- a job he loved and the apex of his professional career as a civil engineer. Henry was predeceased by Inez, his wife of 38 years, his son, Henry Robert III, his sister, Helen Scavelli and parents Henry and Helen. He is survived by daughter Dawn & son-in-law Peter Manos of Roseland NJ; his son Timothy & daughter-in-law Meghan Fulton of Manhasset -- and by his 5 beautiful grandchildren -Olivia and Nicole Manos, Henry, Teddy and Maeve Fulton. He is also survived by his sister Irene Weiss of West Milford, NJ and many nieces and nephews. Henry loved his family, his friends and his beloved Douglas Manor. He will be greatly missed -- but never forgotten.
