My deepest sympathy. I remember manlio as my older cousin and was a great fun cousin to be with. Especially when he took us for a ride in his cherished Camaro. I should have contacted him years ago when my heart told me. Time is so precious and I regret not calling him. I live in Seattle now and will always remember the good times I had with his family growing up. May God be with you.

A Tribute Poem for Manlio
One of Manlio's favorite songs is "Imagine" and his favorite words he would say...
Is the verse that includes "Imagine all the people Living for today..."
That's what Manlio did...
Fueled by his relentless love for his family from Nick who's 21 to Izabella, his 12 year old kid
Remembering the times he spent coaching soccer or baseball on the Munsey Park field...
With always that "shake it off you can do this" attitude and the determination of a navy seal
Your Dad was tall dark and handsome and an all around happy great guy...
How could he be otherwise, with his beautiful life and love from & for his family whom he tried so hard to provide
When it came to some things, his children may say he ruled with an iron fist...
But they all know that his heart was always in the right place, that's right... as soft as a jelly fish!
Your Dad's legacy will impact the DiPreta family Nick, Chris, Paul, Steven & Izzy for generations to come...
Because Manlio put his family always 1st... You were 2nd to none!
The love affair Laurie & Manny have remains alive and well, in fact one would say it could make you dizzy...
In the legacy he leaves behind... A beautiful wife, 4 handsome sons and an angelic daughter, named Izzy
His love will continue to live in each of you, every day of your life...
Until one day... Way down the road, when you all reunite
Though our father, husband, brother. son, uncle & friend is someone we can no longer physically see...
Be assured he will continue to be part of all your every days, your disappointments, successes, and future families
On the days of sorrow you will miss him so much you may break down and cry...
Just remember he would tell you that the love he holds in his heart is forever, and will never ever die
God rest your soul our dear Manlio DiPreta...
The work you've done on this earth could not have been better
In closing we love you and will miss you to tears...
Just remember to send us signs that you're with us... like road signs please... big, bold & clear!

My condolences to Laurie, Nicholas, Christopher, Steven, Paul, and Isabella. Manny spoke of you with true love and pride in his voice. Manny was a great fellow at work. My deepest sympathy on your loss. Manlio's kindness and his skill as a lawyer were only surpassed by the great love he had for his family. His face, already smiling, always lit up just a little more when talking about his family. He and you are in my prayers.
