Obituary of Constantine Kontogiannis
Please share a memory of Constantine to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Constantine G. Kontogiannis, 73 years old, passed away peacefully on September 9, 2014. He was born in his dearest Magoula in Sparti, Greece. He came to the United States in 1960 and worked tirelessly all his life as an engineer, where he excelled directing radar technology engineering at Sperry Rand Corporation/Lockheed Martin Corporation and made significant contributions to the security of the United States of America. In the early 1980’s, while he continued to work for Sperry Rand Corporation, he opened Pisces I. Pisces I is a great seafood restaurant that he loved and owned for 35 years where he treated every patron as if they were old friends.
He dedicated his life to his family. He is survived by his three sons, his daughter-in-law, and his granddaughter who were his pride and joy.
Dino, as we all know him, was a warm, loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and, last but not least, a great friend and those who had the privilege of being part of his life will never forget him.
