We would like to express our sincerest condolences to the Wessel family.
Carol was a supporter of the developmentally disabled .She was a very close friend of Gene and Denise Chinery. There daughter Charisse who is disabled liked Carol very much and always talked about how nice and beautiful Carol was. Gene Chinery expresses his condolences and remembers the magnificent gourmet meals at the best restaurants in New York.
Spectrum For Living Endowment is very grateful for the generosity of the Wessels and there support fpr the Endowment has helped to give the severely disabled adults
