Dearest Maia,
We had so much fun together at Stella Viae. You were the expert, guiding us and showing us around all the interesting places in Rome that weren't on the Madame's list. And I'll never forget how you dressed me up for the wedding of Franco's sister!
We missed you in October and we will continue to miss you, but you will always remain in the hearts of the Stella Viae girls.
Love, Barbara

Though many years since I heard Maia's trilling laugh, the loss of her big heart and big smile truly saddens all of us who were friends at Pan Am. With deepest sympathy to her family,

To Maia's loving husband, sisters, children and extended family,<
How sad we are to learn we have all lost Maia. We remember all the great years working together with her at Pan Am. We remember Maia's grace, her kindness, her wit, her compassion and love for people, her Polish aristocratic refinement and elegance. We remember the fun parties she gave where she was always the most gracious of hostesses. We remember the heartaches and joys in her life that she shared with us and, how in later years, she found love again. May she rest in peace and may you know that she will always remain in our hearts as well.
With our sincerest condolences,
Gaby & Ralph Coroneos

We are at a loss of words Maia was a role
model to those who knew her or worked with her. She is loving and caring and energized any discussion. We shall really miss her smile, her voice and her passion. We were fortunate that we saw her at a luncheon last August. Our prayers and thoughts are with all loved ones.

I have never known a person with more exuberance than dear Maia. She lit up all our Pan Am rooms and then some. Now heaven is brighter. Dear friend, thanks for your lasting friendship and its indelible memories. May God bless her family, Eva and Ferg, Ania, Nancy, Brendan, Diana and all the rest.

A bright light has been extinguished. I can still remember the joy and laughter that she brought to everyone around her. It was an honor and privilege to work and play with you.
You'll always be in the hearts of all the JFK Pan Amer's.

We have nothing but fond, fond memories of Maia and our live at Pan Am, and beyond. We believe she could have written THE book on “Pan Am Customer Service Stories” and it would have made the best seller list! She always spread her joy to others, which was part of her endearing nature. We loved her dearly and are ever so fortunate to have had her in our lives. We know she is now an angel watching over all those she loves.
