My deepest sympathy on your loss. Please know that we all share in your grief as Frankie will also be a loss to all of us. Not a kinder soul has walked this earth than he, and he has brought much laughter to all that knew him. I've have know Frankie for the last 56 years of my life as one of the kids from the block, to St. Als to GNNSHS class of '72, but most importantly as a very dear friend that I will always cherish the memories that we share together over the years. Dear Maureen and family, Frankie will be sorely missed by all of us who knew him. Myself since childhood, his parents and mine were close friends, so we were together quite often and remained friends thru school. Not having lived in Great Neck for 30 plus years, I always liked bumping into Frankie or chatting with him at social gatherings. Usually the accordion was involved as well as Irish songs. He always had a big smile and great story or two to share. One of the good guys is gone, but he touched so many and hope you are all comforted by that. I know he is livening up Heaven a bit with his dancing and accordion. With sincere condolences, Annie
