Obituary of Elfriede Reiersen

Reiersen, Elfriede A. (nee Weber), a long-time resident of Bayside, NY and most recently of Glen Cove, NY passed away on June 22, 2015 in her 84th year. Beloved wife of 58 years of Edwin M. Reiersen, DDS. Loving mother of Judy Safir (Joel) and Kari Cooke (John). Adored grandmother of Courtney, Brandon, Christian and Thomas. Member of the Sons of Norway-Garborg Lodge, the Gideon’s Society, and member and organist of Christ Lutheran Church of Little Neck. Assisted her husband in his dental practice in Flushing for many years. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at Fairchild Sons Funeral Home, 1570 Northern Blvd, Manhasset, NY 11030. www.fairchildsons.com.
