To all the family & extended family of Frank
Very saddened to hear of the tragic news.
As a young Ballinamore boy - I remember Frank playing for Sean O'Heslins - and remember the great discussions about Frank coming home from America to play in county finals - as s child in the 80's it was like Superman flying back into town !!
A few years ago he came home to celebrate the 25th anniversary of a championship win and I introduced myself, thinking he wouldn't know me - but he had been reading match reports of football matches for years and knew exactly who I was. He had a way of talking that made me feel like I knew him all my life
I held your husband, father, brother in great regard.
It has been said hundreds of time over here in the past few days - that Frank was a gentleman - on Facebook etc, but there is no other word that describes him better, as he simply was a true kind and gentle human being.
In this time of great sadness it's hard for you all to appreciate the depth of grief felt by people in Ballinamore- but I hope in time you will understand what Frank meant to us all in Sean O'Heslins
Thinking of you all today in the hope that there are brighter days ahead
