Obituary of James C Jaffee

James Charles Jaffee on April 21, 2016, of Great Neck , N.Y.. A loving husband, father ,and proud grandpa"papa", and loyal brother. He was an honest, hoardworking man who was an inspiration to his children for his boundless love and generosity. He was born on July 21, 1945 and met his sweetheart, Stephanie when he was 14 years old washing dishes at her parents family resort in the Caskill Mountains. He is survivved by his beloved wife, of 51 years Stephanie and was the proud father of three grown children, James, Kim and Scott(Cameron), and Susan and Todd(Teeter). He also leaves behind five adoring grandchildren, Ryan , Alex, and Andrew and Molly and Emma. He was a self-made businessman, who had a keen sense of numbers and was a crossword puzzle enthusiast. James is deeply loved and there will not be a day that goes by that we don't revel in the fond momories and surround ourselves with his love. Funeral Mass Service will be held at 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, April 23 at The Parish of St. Aloysius 592 Middle Neck Road Great Neck, N.Y. 11023-1217 The burial service will be private for immediate family only.
