Petras, Nicholas George of Plandome, NY on July 20, 2016. Three days shy of his 86th birthday. Beloved husband of the late Dorothea for over 57 years. Loving father of Catherine, Nicholas Jr. (Ruth) and Paul (Laura). Cherished grandfather of Elizabeth, Timothy, Katherine, Rebecca, Nicholas III, Charles and Samson. Devoted brother of the late Comninos Petras and Peter Petras. Cousin and Uncle to a large extended family with roots in New York. Practicing Attorney for 60 years in the Greek American Community. Visitation will be held the Fairchild Funeral Chapel 1570 Northern Blvd., Manhasset on Monday from 2-5and 7-9pm. Funeral Service Tuesday, 10 am at the Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church 100 Fairway Drive, Port Washington, NY Interment to follow at Nassau Knolls Cemetery Pt. Washington.
