Dear Ali Reza and Homeyra joon - We are greatly saddened by the passing of your beloved father. Timsar was beloved by all know matter what circles you traveled in. He was truly a national treasure. I was lucky enough that Timsar officiated my marriage 20 years ago in August 1997. He gave me some beautiful frames with his handwriting of the vows of marriage but also of historical information on the Ayromlous. He had great stories to tell about his loyalty to the Shah and how he was later imprisoned in Iran during the Revolution. That story could have stopped there, but he went on to recount a harrowing tale of how his very enemies who imprisoned him helped him escape by foot through the borders of Iran and into Pakistan. Those very same enemies were so touched by Timsar's kindness and humanity that they helped free him later on. He was your beloved father and a truly a gem of a human being. My family and I are greatly saddened and we extend our respects to you and your family. May peace be upon him, Maryam Ayromlou, Stephen Velgot, Maya and Max Velgot and Azar, Mehrdad and Mahdad Ayromlou
