The light from this bright candle reminds me of Tammy - bright, cheerful, and radiant. I will always remember her that way. Her smile was genuine, and contagious, her Halloween and Christmas parties were world class events, and her food was out of this world, and always had a special ingredient - love. She was strong, loyal, courageous and generous. Most of all - she loved and was SO LOVED by so many people. God Bless You Tammy. Rest in Peace. Amen

My deepest condolences to the Tam and Kelly families. I got to know the beautiful, vivacious, hilarious Tammy while working on the Halloween parties at Munsey Park a few years back. She got such a kick out of coming up with things that would scare the jellybeans out of any kid and as a result, I got a huge kick out of her. I am so happy that I at least got to meet Tammy and get to know her a bit, especially after all of the years of hearing from so many Manhasset-ites how phenomenal she was. She didn't disappoint. Our hearts and prayers go out to you all.

It's like when you're out to dinner, and you taste something delicious your companion ordered. “Wow! That's amazing!” You only had a little bit, but you know how good it was. I knew Tammy just a little bit, probably less than anyone else here. But, I could still tell how amazing she was. There was something that went above and beyond mouth-watering, SMH “how does she do this???” food: you could just feel the style, the class, the pride, the love in every bite. All of that transcended meals and spilled over to husband, home, and, most impressively, three magnificent children. So, as this mere taster of the delightful charms of Tammy Kelly, I weep for her loss, but more so for all of you, those who got to sit long and deep at the banquet of her life. May her spirit sustain you as her love and devotion did all these years, and may her memories make tears flow that bring sweet and salty reminders of the lives she nurtured. I'm so sorry for your loss.
