Sending my deepest condolences to the family- I will always remember Amanda. She was my first friend I made in 7th grade. Our friendship grew all throughout high school. She made me laugh everyday, we took our math tests together, our teacher would always joke about us. We always found ourselves bumping into each other on vacation- in Florida, New Jersey. We would always laugh about it. Amanda was a loving girl who was so kind and unique. One of a kind. I still have her name on my phone as “Amanda gray pretty princess” typed by her. I wish more than anything that we would’ve continued our friendship after hs And not have lost touch. I recently reached out to Amanda briefly and was happy to hear she was doing well. Amanda was such a good friend to me and I wish I could just hug her one more time...I always told her how good she smelled. We had so many good times together. I’m so heartbroken for everyone. RIP to beautiful Amanda Beatrice Rose Gray.

Amanda,
I just want you to know how proud I am of you for the work you put in. I know you are finally at peace now. You ha left a mark on my life that I will never forget. I will remember the first time I met you. You were an infant and I was a scared of how tiny and fragile you were. I remember your spunk as a little kid, full of sass and fearlessness. I will remember you for the quiet, honest and often raw moments we shared as you were growing up as the someone older, but not too much older, that you could trust and confide in.
Amanda, I understood you in a special way. A way in which I think you were often misunderstood. I shared the pain of being misunderstood because of something invisible, beyond our control that had an effect on our behavior. I wish I could have done more to let you know that you weren't alone. I'm happy that I always made sure to let you know in no uncertain terms that I loved you because I know you needed to know that about me. I don't do that with many people. You always were and still are a very special person to me. Goodbye Amanda. I'm proud of you and I love you.

First and foremost, my heart goes out to the family of Amanda. I cannot begin to fathom what you are going through. I will continue to pray for your peace as well as the strength to endure the path ahead. There aren’t enough words to express how lucky I am to have known her. I am grateful to the family that molded her into the girl I knew. She was unique, passionate, and accepted anyone without reservation. She knew her flaws but strived to face the hardest of challenges. She was very strong yet her soul was so soft. Her energy continues to resonate with the ones she loved, endlessly.
The world has been darkened by the loss of wonderful human being. My sweet Amanda, you were taken from us WAY too soon. I cannot EVEN BEGIN to explain the amount of JOY and LOVE this girl had in her heart for EVERY SINGLE person she encountered. She was a LIGHT, desperately needed in this world. Her laughter was contagious and her spirit could lift anyone in need. THIS GIRL knew the value of family and how to be a TRUE friend. No amount of words will ever be enough to describe what Amanda brought to this world. Nothing will ever compare to her precious life.
I want nothing more than to hug you and comfort you once more, our darling angel. You deserved the world and so much more. Lives have been forever changed by your presence, including my own. Your love will continue to strengthen and guide my journey throughout life. My heart has been filled with your kindness, love, and laughter. I will always cherish the serendipitous sounds you have left within my memory.
