I only recently met this lovely woman when I took my good friend, her nephew Denny to visit with his Aunt Eileen, who he talked about and loved so much! Looking at all the pictures posted there, I could tell this was truly a lovely lady who is loved by so many. She looked so happy and vibrant in the pictures and I'm so glad I got to meet this beautiful woman. Watching and listening to Denny talk to her and hold her hand, touched me deeply and made me see just how much this beautiful woman is loved and cared about by all who knew her. My deepest condolences to all the family and friends of Eileen Cimperman. Beloved by all her family and friends. May she Rest in Peace in the arms of Jesus for evermore. God Bless Eileen always! Dear Mark and John The years I spent as your mother's colleague and friend at Schreiber High School provided me a lifetime of cherished memories. Over the years we stayed in touch across the miles. She was one of a kind, loyal and true. I will miss her vibrant personality, thoughtful cards, and clever turns of phrase in our phone calls. Mark- Sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I recall meeting her at your house in Manhasset when we were still at Xavier-around 1976 or so, if I recall. I don't remember much of our conversation from that day, but I do recall her as being very welcoming, even to say, "My house is your house." That left a real impression on me, and I've tried to take that approach to my own kids' friends through the years. You and she will be in my thoughts and prayers in the coming days.
