I just learned that Bill is resting in heaven. My condolences to Bill’s family and friends. He was my mentor as well as my field supervisor when I was in graduate school in New York. He was a fine gentleman. RIP, Bill. Isiaka (Isaac) Akande

Dear Brennan Family, I send belated but heartfelt condolences for the passing of Bill. I first met him 36 years ago when I was a brand new supervisor of respite at YAI. He was a red-haired smiling psychologist in our Queens residences. Later we worked together in the Family Services department. He worked hard to earn his MSW while working full time. I remember his dedication to the individuals in his programs and the absolute joy of his, and everyone else, at the Thanksgiving celebration at the Water Club in Manhattan. He brought joy to a lot of people. Best wishes, Marianne Ardito

To the family of Bill Brennan, he will be missed. Not only was he my supervisor who taught me a lot, he was one incredible person. He fought for fairness and believed in honesty. I appreciated that about him. He made me want to be a better person. May he rest in peace.

To the Family, My deepest condolences on your loss. Bill was always not just my supervisor, but a friend and confidant. I will truly, truly miss him. One of many favorite memories of him, would be him asking my niece to help him program a ringer for his phone. He so loved talking to her and she was sadden by his loss. Sleep well dear prince. Hello my name is Dominique and I worked with Bill for 5+ years. I learned so much from him my fondest memory of Bill is him coming to me to fix a belt he had lol he said you have kids can you fix my belf for me. I will miss out talks about life and current events. He attended my wedding and I have him on video saying a speech that made me smile so wide. Bill you will forever be in my heart you will be missed. Thank you to the family for sharing this wonderful man with us all at YAI.
