I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of John Brooks. John was my Manager and Mentor when I joined Citibank in 1980 as a Management Trainee. He was such a smart, kind and fair manager. I learned a lot about the bank from him and always had the utmost respect for him. Very rarely do you have a manager that treats their employees fairly and with respect.
