Rick, Rudy, RJ and Robert: About 25 years ago, Karin showed me a dance she did as a child to the song Season's in the Sun. Since then, every time I hear the song, I can picture her in your living room performing it for me while we laughed hysterically. Since hearing of Karin's passing, I have been so sad and can't really hold back the tears. I was driving the other day and Seasons in the Sun came on the radio. I never really noticed the first line in the song, "Goodbye to you My Trusted Friend". It hit me like a ton of bricks - that's exactly what Karin was, My Trusted Friend. And, even though we didn't see each other as often as we should have, every time we spoke on the phone when were hanging up, the way she said, I love you, I could feel how much she meant it. She was a very special person, so selfless, kind, fun and energetic and I truly loved her. My sincerest condolences to all of you, to Traude and Fritz and the rest of the family and all of her co-workers (present and past) who loved her dearly. May she rest in peace.
