The hand of an elegant, poised, stubborn, loving lady of whom I was lucky enough to spend an eventful last 9months of her glorious life. She taught me much about her travels of the world, marriage and life in general. I am honored to have had the time I did with her and her dear daughter. Whom she loved and commented on the picture of her by her bed daily, "I just love that picture of her". I will never forget the things you shared and taught me. You are missed.

What a full and adventurous life! The part of her legacy that I know and love - her loving and dear daughter, and her brilliant and beautiful granddaughter - speaks volumes about her life. I am blessed that our paths crossed.

As I ran this morning, soft tears fell from the sky and mixed with my own.
My dear mother has left us, once again a bride joining her beloved groom, wrapped in the love of her son, who passed too soon.
She left us on her own terms and in God’s time.
Now let us celebrate her here on earth.
