I remember Sister when my Dad received treatment at St. Francis and then years later when I went in for a procedure. The smile she had in this photograph instantly calmed my fears. May she be in the arms of the Blessed Mother and those that she comforted at the hospital who went before her.

I am a volunteer pastoral care provider at St. Francis Hospital. It is there where I met Sr. Minda. She only had the kindest most thankful words spoken. I am so sad that she has passed and will greatly miss her most compassionate kindness and love.
God Bless!

Condolences to the family of Sr Minda Castrillo FMM (Sr Mariella). We remember her fondly as our school guidance counselor. She was always smiling, very motherly and kind.
We are fortunate to have known someone like Sr Mariella, a true example of what our Blessed Virgin Mary might have been like. Godspeed, Sr Mariella !! We love you and will miss you !!

Thank you Sr Minda for the love, friendship and fun times with you. After highschool, I met you again in St Luke's Hospital in Quezon City in the 80's - you were the Chaplain - bless your heart - you remembered me! I cannot believe it - as I always was the smallest fly on the walls of OLLC. I can say that Batch '75 feared you BUT we loved you so dearly. The discipline you instilled in us kept us in good stead for the rest of our lives. Thank you Sr Minda! May you rest in peace. J Rojas, Batch 1975

It has been over 50 years since our class at Our Lady of Loreto College was under your tutelage. We still speak so fondly of you whenever we gather together. We remember you as a lively, happy and kind-hearted young Franciscan Missionary of Mary. You were a beautiful person inside and out. You helped mold us in what we are today. We thank you so much. May your soul rest in peace in the bosom of our Creator.

To our Dear Sr. Minda, (Sr. Mariella), We talked few years ago on the passing of my husband, Francis. You gave me words of advice and assurance that God is with us! Thank you for your kind heart which you shared to us when we were at Our Lady of Loreto College, Manila. All of the Loretans will remember you with love and compassion! You are at peace with God!
