Obituary of Patrick John Crosson

Patrick Crosson, 87, died of cancer on April 21, 2021. Patrick was born in Port Washington, New York to John and Mary Ann Crosson on March 27, 1934. He was a loving and dedicated husband to his wife, Mary, for 62 years; beloved father to Mary Pat (Patrick), Patrick, Jr., and Tara (Timothy). Patrick cherished his three grandchildren: Patrick, Briege, and Fiona. He enjoyed nothing more than Irish music, step dancing, and family visits to Ireland. Patrick was a life-long car and motorcycle enthusiast. As a young man, Patrick raced his Harley Davidson and BSA motorcycles in Laconia, New Hampshire and enjoyed the Indianapolis 500. He was the owner/operator of Crosson Provisions in Great Neck, New York for over 45 years. Throughout his life, friends and family were drawn to Patrick’s perseverance, kindness, love of country, and deep commitment to his Catholic faith. He will be deeply missed by all.
