Obituary of Mortimer O'Shea

Mortimer O’Shea, 78, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 2nd, 2021.
Morty was born on September 15th, 1942 in County Kerry, Ireland. He raised his family with his wife Winnie in Whitestone, and recently moved to Port Washington.
Morty is survived by his wife Winnie, daughters Dawn (Eamonn) and Caroline (Bryan), and grandchildren, Kayla, Brendan, Jake and Matthew, who lovingly called him PopPops.
He was a beloved brother to Mary, Nora, Con, Timmy, Denise and Pat, a loving brother-in-law, and adored uncle.
Morty will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
