There are people you are fortunate enough to meet in a lifetime. This is what makes our lives special. Catching a big fish or hitting a homerun is OK but much better if you can share a laugh along the way. Val made many things special for me. Bowling talking sports and so much more. Val was a customer at Hicks Commercial Sales, and I worked with him often. He was always a pleasure to work with and also to sometimes just chat. He was liked and respected by all.
