I only just learned of Jane’s passing today, Sept. 1st, 2023. I am quite saddened by this news. Jane and I were close friends as children as we lived a block apart and were in the same class at St. Bartholomew’s. We remained friends until just a few years ago when she stopped responding to cards and phone messages. I have wonderful memories of her and I treasure our lifelong friendship.
