We were saddened to hear of Nina's passing today. She was one of the very first people we met in Douglaston 9 months ago. She found us our home and sponsored us for membership in the Douglaston Club. When I would call her to ask about a particular home for sale, we'd end up talking for 45 minutes about every house in the Manor and a hundred other random topics. For example, I know that one of her daughters has perfect pitch, because Nina the proud mom told me! She seemed to know everyone and have a story about everything. We appreciate all she did for us in welcoming us to the community, and we send our best wishes to her family and friends.

Niña was always positive and cheerful. Her heart overflowed with love for her family, friends, our community of Douglas Manor and her work as a realtor. She always volunteered her services in our neighborhood organizations. Her shining spirit resonated throughout Douglas Manor. I will never forget her voice, laughter and radiant smile. She touched our hearts and , there, we will forever carry her spirit and love of life!! Her joie de vivre!!! We will miss her always!!! She was the heart of our community! Louisa Mason
