The flag of the Village of Plandome Heights flies at half-staff in respect of the passing of long-time resident and public servant, Bart Giusto. Bart served our Village over countless years as a Trustee, Emergency Manager, neighbor and friend. His skillful portrait photos of our beautiful Village homes grace our website and publications.
May God rest his soul and comfort his family.
