I had the honor of working for Ken for the last 30 years. He was demanding, unrelenting, and a total pain in my ass. :) He was also very generous, kind, fair, and always willing to listen and work things out. He truly cared about people, and lived life to the fullest. He set an example for positive thinking, and always looking on the bright side. He and Evelyn were and are exceptional people. I will miss him deeply. XXOO

So sad to hear about Ken’s passing.
I have such fond memories of Ken hosting dinners at his house for our wine group, which is how I met Ken. For what seems like more than a decade, we would gather for tastings and dinner, as the winner of the previous tasting would host dinner! Ken won that right much more than most, as he knew and loved great wine!
Even if he didn’t win, Ken offered to host the dinner, as he also loved to cook! And he was as good a cook as he was a wine expert! All of us saw how much love into the entire evening when he was hosting! I will never forget the salad recipe I contributed early on! Ken went on to perfect the recipe, and include it as a regular menu inclusion because he knew we all loved it! I still can see him sitting at the head of his dining room table as we all raised our glass to great friendship!
I pray God will offer strength to his family and friends in dealing with such a loss! Thank you Ken for the many special memories of times together. They will be treasured. always!
