My deepest condolences to John’s friends and family. I did not know Little John well, but what I did know was that he was passionate and cared for the rights of all veterans past and present. He will be missed.

There not not enough adjectives to describe what an amazing human being John was. He was kind, giving, respectful and a God loving man without judgement. My soul has has been forever blessed to have known him. Fly high with the angels Little John, Fly high!

I knew John as a man of profound Faith and devoted Chaplain who offered heart-felt prayers beside the flag-draped caskets of many indigent and unclaimed comrades. It was his way of ensuring that these forsaken heroes, known to him only as fellow Veterans, were not alone at the end.
