Cathy Robertson and I went to St. John's University at the same time. Cathy and Dom were pretty much 'an item' when I met Cathy in the fall of 1963. For all of the time since then, Cathy has been one of my closest friends-more than a friend, really, more like a helper along the path of my life, including some tough times and many 'happy days'. What always meant so much to me about Cathy was how she would listen to my 'hells and damns' about one problem or another, listen, nod her head, say " Uh hun, etc., then offer a facet of insight to the issue at hand that I hadn't considered. That feed-back from Cathy, a trusted, understanding , funny, compassionate woman cannot be replaced . So, there's the void in my life, in all of our lives. I could list over a hundred qualities of Cathy's and still have room for more to describe her gifts , her talents, her brains, her zest for living. I hope I can carry and use her friendship for the rest of my life. I love her. We all love her. God bless your family, always. Ginny Ellis Beech

I was blessed to come to know Catherine through her dedication to St. John's where we served on the College of Business Administation Alumni Association Board. Always the consumate professional with a true passion and love for the University and life. May we all pay tribute to her memory by following her example to live with love, kindness and compassion.

Growing up in the Camera family I remember Aunt Cathy seemed larger than life! She was always so poised, elegant and had such a beautiful presence. I was the only “Camera” niece and she always found a way to make me feel special amongst all the boy cousins! Aunt Cathy lived her life and loved others with such intention - I believe she was the wind beneath Uncle Dom’s wings. We are so saddened by her leaving us here on earth but look forward to seeing her in Eternity. Love and prayers to Uncle Dom, Chris, Dina, Jon and Robin
