I met Carlo during our first introduction to inventory at L&T
In January of 1980. He was the best boss I ever had. He was honest and truthful and always there to make you laugh. I aspired to be just like him. Our careers took us to different companies but our paths did cross again a number of years later. I met him at Macys and he was so happy as he told me about his wife, Deedee and his family.
I was so thrilled for him since he deserved much happiness. You are forever in my heart, Carlo. Rest in Peace.

My memory dates back to 1980 when I started my career at Lord & Taylor. I had the good fortune of reporting to Carlo, he was an integral part of my growth & development. I have such fond memories of those days, many good times and laughter. Carlo was kind and caring man. I will miss our “check ins”.

My memory is long and filled with wonderful experiences I shared with my friend Carlo. Especially, the after inventory parties filled with fun and laughter! He was a very good man, and I will miss my friend!

I had the pleasure to have Carlo as my boss early on in my career back in the early 80's at Lord & Taylor. He was a strong influence on my growth in business as well as personal. He was a very special person and I will miss him.
