Obituary of John H. Edmonds,Jr.

John H. “Jack” Edmonds, Jr. 

Jack Edmonds, age 63, departed this life on April 1, 2023 after a very brief and sudden illness, surrounded by his loving family.  

Born in Brooklyn, Jack grew up in Roslyn Heights and later Manhasset, NY, where he remained a man about town all his life. He was welcomed into Heaven by his Parents, Arlene and John Edmonds Sr., his Grandparents Kathleen and Francis Ledwith and Mary and John Edmonds, his Aunts Alice Magri, Marion Tighe and Eileen Haberle and his Uncle Frank Ledwith. 

Jack leaves behind his siblings Doreen and Brian Graney, Brian and Kathleen Edmonds and Brendan and Anita Edmonds.  His Nieces and Nephews Brian and Sean Graney, Nora and Ben Goodkind, Tim, John, Kevin and Mary Edmonds, will miss him deeply, as will his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many lifelong friends. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, April 10th at 11:45 am at the Church of St. Mary, 1300 Northern Boulevard, Manhasset.  All are welcome to attend.
