It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ingeborg E. Urban, who peacefully departed this world on October 10, 2023, at 7:30 pm, at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, NY.
Inge, born on July 5, 1929, brought warmth and love to the hearts of all who knew her. She was a devoted wife to her late husband, Theodore Roosevelt Urban, and together they created a lifetime of cherished memories.
Ingeborg is survived by her loving daughter, Vienna Campbell (late Don ) as well as her sons, Stephen Urban (Monica) , Paul Urban (Susan) Her legacy extends through her six adored grandchildren, Stephen Michael & Veronica Urban, Jonathan & Megan Campbell, Sophia & Teddy Urban, and her beloved great grandchildren Jameson Ryan Quinn & Madison Quinn.
Inge’s sweet and kind nurturing spirit, along with her wisdom, and unwavering love will be greatly missed. She has left a mark on all of our lives, and her memory will be cherished forever.
A celebration of Inge’s life will be held at Fairchild’s Funeral Home, in Manhasset, NY on Friday, October 13th 2023 from 2-4 pm / 7-9 pm where friends and family will gather to honor her memory and share the love she shared with us all.
In this time of mourning, we reflect on the joy Inge brought into our lives, the laughter she shared, and the love she bestowed upon us. Though she may have left this world, her spirit will forever reside in our hearts.
Rest in peace, dear Inge. You will be deeply missed, and your legacy will live on through the love and memories you've left behind.
