Obituary of Barbara N. Bell

Barbara N. Bell, born August 22,1932, of Manhasset, NY,  passed peacefully at St. Francis Hospital, Port Washington, NY, on October 23, at the age of 91, with family at her side. 

Loved daughter of Edward and Julia Nowak, Flushing, NY;  Sister of Robert Nowak, Glen Head, NY; Loved mother of Julie Davis, Canton, Ga, John Bell, Glen Cove, NY, and Jennifer Foresta, Darien, CT and beloved grandmother to Thomas, Will, and James Foresta, of Darien, CT, and Ian Davis, Canton, Ga. 

After raising three children, she went on to pursue a college degree and became a real estate title closer. She also graduated from the French Fashion Institute in New York City, and proudly made all of her own clothes. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing bridge and serving as the neighborhood computer tech support. 

Barbara was a generous person who impacted many and who will be missed by all.
