Exceptional people are hard to find, difficult to leave and impossible to forget. Richard was exceptional. His care for people and passion for life was contagious. He made you laugh, especially at competitive team events. And, let's be honest, he often won--as he so deserved:-). I remember asking him what he wanted his legacy to be at JPMorgan, and he said he wanted to be known for "culture." He definitely "won" at that, and much much more. I will miss my leader, my friend. Sending my deep condolences, thoughts, and prayers to his family. Sending hugs and appreciation to "RC" (i.e, as I referred to him in writing) always. Best, Mira
