Obituary of Edwin M. Kennedy

Ed Kennedy of Manhasset NY was born in N.Y.C passed away on May 2nd, 2024. Beloved husband of Maureen. He is survived by his three daughters Kristin (Gary), Kim (Jeff), and Jill (Anthony). He will be dearly missed by his nine grandchildren; Taylor, Liam, Ryan, Cate, Jack, Timmy, Danny, Caden and Addie. He grew up in Queens, and attended Xavier High School then went on to attend Niagara University and earned a Master's degree from CCNY. His latest employment was with Catholic Charities, RVC where he was the CEO. He leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication to his family. Captain Kennedy was very proud of his service to his country in the U.S. Army. He will be waked at Fairchild Funeral Home on Tuesday 5/7 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. The mass of the Christian Burial will be Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at St Mary’s in Manhasset and interment at Nassau Knolls.
