 Barbara Wennberg  (nee Burke)   1937- 2024

Loving sister, aunt and friend to many passed away peacefully at the age of 86 on Thursday, July 18th, 2024.  She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Pearl Burke whom she loved dearly and has now joined them in heaven.

She is survived by her brother Thomas and his wife Ann, nephew Thomas Jr. and his wife Karen and great nephew Jonathan Thomas (JT) all of New Hampshire.

Funeral service will be held at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 9 Carlton Ave., Port Washington on Friday July 26th, 2024 at 10am with interment to follow at St. John’s Memorial Cemetery, Syosset.

Donation in her memory may be made to St. Stephen’s Church or to Cancer Care.
