Hoover, Frances , nee Balducci, age 84 of Reading, PA. Formally of Port Washington, NY. Beloved mother of Deborah Piegari (Guy), William Hoover(Janice) and Mary Leto (John). Loving Nana of Danielle, Kristen, Nicholas, Mark and Great Grandmother of 7. Visitation will be held at the Fairchild Funeral Chapel, 1570 Northern Blvd., Manhasset on Thursday from 5-7pm. Funeral service will be Thursday 6pm at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Joseph’s Medical Center Foundation, P.O. Box 316 Reading, PA 19603
