Fran Turecamo Dwyer was my Father's 1st Cousin and she has therefore always been a part of my life. Although I didn't see her often, she and her parents, Uncle Barney and Aunt Mary and her sister, Marie and brothers, Vinnie and Bart were close to my parents, Carolyn and Vincent Turecamo.
There were many family gatherings over the years and as I grew, I began to know them all better. Fran was always happy and smiling with a joyful twinkle in her eyes and a kind manner. She had a great sense of humor and was very sincere. Years later, these qualities and her friendship were a great support to me and my family. When in 2006, my parents both passed away, three (3) weeks apart from each other at ages 94 and 95. Fran attended both their funerals, called many times, and helped me and my family with her love and support.
I will be forever grateful to her and pray that she is now at peace with the Lord.
We all loved her and will miss her. How significant that He called her on Valentine's Day!!
