Words cannot express the sorrow I felt when I heard that Irene passed away. The world has lost a wonderful, kind, funny and warm spirited human being and her memory will forever be in my heart. Irene was my sister in law for such as short time but remained a sister to me helping me get through the some of the darkest days of my life. I will forever me grateful to her and Joe for their love and support. My thoughts and prayers are with Joe and the family during this difficult time. With heartfelt condolences, Kristin

Our thoughts and prayers are with Irene's family, especially Joe.
Although we have not been in touch over the years, it feels like yesterday that we all were like a family, spending years together at work.
Irene is easy to remember. She was a kind and warm person. She always had a smile on her face and would offer comfort or advice to anyone who needed it.
We are heartbroken to hear of her passing and hope that her family and friends can take some solace in the fact that she is in a better place.

Dear Irene,
My Baseball sister. Oh how the world will miss your spirit, beauty and kind heart. There are not many times in one’s life that one is blessed, as we all have been, to meet a person like you. I thank God that we got to share some special moments together. Baseball bonded us, you a Yankees fan, I a Red Sox fan, and Joe quietly rooting for the Mets. Where there was no love, you were love. Where there was no peace, you were peace. Our hearts are broken, we weep with sadness for our loss.
I know you are in heaven behind home plate cheering on the Yankees and enjoying those around you. RIP.

Words cant express the loss of my good friend Irene. We worked together for so many years, that we developed a strong friendship that will remain a memory forever. My memories began when we went to play softball after work and she would come and just hang out with us. I remember we would have picnics and weekends away with our credit clubs and sharing good times. She would always take the time to look at my family photos and I would narrate to her about the events. I remember sitting in my yard last summer with her and Joe at my BBQ. It's was a great day. Irene will be missed by us all and her memory will live on in our hearts until we meet again. Irene.....RIP.
