Typermass, June on May 15, 2013 of Manhasset, NY. Beloved wife of the late Carl. Predeceased by five brothers and sisters. Survived by stepsons Robert and Arthur (Joan), grandchildren David Typermass and Laurie Maggio (Joseph) and three grandsons, John, William and Thomas. Also loving sister of Rose Castagna and sister in law Rosalie Ruggieri. Also survived by eleven neices and nephews. June was a graduate of Pratt Institute and professional dietician working in hospitals and schools in New York City before marrying Carl Typermass in 1958. The moved to Manhasset that year and enjoyed thirty years of happiness and fulfillment before Carl’s death in 1988. Her passion was home and family and she delighted in her gracious home and being surrounded by a vibrant and caring family. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Francis Hospital.
