McHale, Janet D. on August 29 , 2014 of Manhasset. Beloved wife of the late John. Loving mother ofMeghan(Michael)Canty, Meredith McHale and John F. McHale III. Cherished sister of Barbara Barth, Margaret Spellman and Carol Dano. Devoted grandmother of Michael and Brendan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Monday 3-5pm and 7-9pm at the Fairchild Funeral Chapel, 1570 Northern Blvd.,Manhasset. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, St Mary’s Church, 1300 Northern Blvd., Manhasset. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers,donations may be made to Janet Barth McHale St Mary’s High School Scholarship Fund.
