Deirdre, my heart breaks for you over the loss of your beloved father. Saying prayers for him and lighting the St. John candle I light for my dad (who was also named John). God bless you and your family at this most difficult time.

It is hard to have to say good bies to someone you love but good bies are only words and the memories that we have will stay with us forever , the story’s that make us laugh and cry will stay with us for generations
The family should be proud to have spent the time together as john was so proud of his family
We love you John and you will be missed but never forgotten ,

Dear Ann,
I'm so sorry to learn of your father's passing. It was so clear how very much you loved one another and how close your family has always been. How lucky, and how much more painful for you now.
My dad passed many years ago and I wish I could tell you that the grief goes away, but it doesn't. One day though, you wake up and the sorrow is not the first thing you think of any more - instead you think of the things that made you laugh or smile or light up inside. You get to experience the love all over again and the loss is diminished just enough to enjoy your best memories. I hope that day comes really soon for you and your family and until then I hope the thoughts and prayers of all your friends bring you some measure of comfort.
Warm regards,
Stacey Fabrikant
