Obituary of Susan A. Brown

Dear Family / Friends,

It is with immense sadness that my daughters and I inform you of the passing of our beloved Mother and wife Susan Brown.

After a prolonged battle with cancer, Susan passed peacefully at home this evening with her children Melissa and Kelsey, her sister Maryanne, and I at her side.

Sue’s commitment to her family, her friends, and I was unwavering to the very end. She was loved by all and will be remembered and held in our hearts forever.

Sue’s life will be celebrated at a one day wake to be held at Fairchild Funeral Home in Manhasset from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday 5/22 followed the next day by a mass at Saint Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Manhasset on Thursday 5/23 at 10:00 AM. Additional Details of these events may follow.
