Obituary of Ralph Mottola

Ralph Mottola was born May 10th, 1945 in Brooklyn, New York, he passed away on September 14th, 2020 in Long Island, New York. Ralph is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, his two sons, Christopher and Matthew, and his sisters, Olympia and Maria. Ralph was born to Ralph and Francis, and was raised in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Ralph went to St Michael’s Grammar School, Brooklyn Tech High School and New York Poly Technical for his undergraduate and masters degrees in Engineering. He started his own company for electrical and mechanical engineering in 1988. He was fortunate to meet Tony Rini who became his business partner and friend, the company still stands strong to this day. He was an avid reader, who enjoyed playing golf, collecting stamps, spending time with his family, and taking care of our dogs. He had a passion for sports, watching them on TV as well as going to baseball games – his favorite teams were the Giants, Mets and Rangers. Ralph loved his family, friends, company, and coworkers. He was a kind, fair, and honest man who modeled his life after St. Francis of Assisi. He will be celebrated and missed by all.
