Obituary of Ruben A. Toro, Jr.

Ruben A. Toro, Jr. , age 43, of Port Washington, passed away on January 24, 2024 after a courageous fight with an inoperable brain tumor.  Ruben was a loving husband, father and friend to everyone he met.  He is survived by his wife, Deedra Pearson-Toro and his three sons Alexander, Jonathan and Gabriel as well as his parents, Rosy and Ruben, brother George and wife Catherine, in-laws Chandra, John, Kevin and Matylda in addition to his extended family.  Although our time together was sadly cut short, we are all grateful for his love which touched us all.  Visiting Hours Friday from 5-8 pm at the Fairchild Funeral Chapel 1570 Northern Blvd Manhasset.  Funeral Mass 10:15am Saturday at St Mary's Church in Manhasset.  Interment Nassau Knolls Cemetery.
