Raggio, Janet Ann passed away at home on March 16, 2013; she was 67 years old. For three years she suffered from cancer of theappendix. Beloved wife of John J. and mother of Lauren Ann and John V. Janet was the inspiration behind Janet and John Raggio Nephrology Institute at North Shore-LIJ health system.
